The services of training are performed in cooperation with renowned schools and establishments, educational and skills-improving centers which are in possession of adequate work permits and licenses and which have entered into business-technical cooperation contracts with us.

Training can be carried out at the employer's premises, plants, workshops, private servicing facilities, in the course of work process or in the centers established for the purpose of training. In any case, training is conducted by the training center's instructors, while enterprises engage their own experts.

Types of training :

• 1.training at request and according to employers' needs - these are all the activities aimed at improving work quality, or the activities directed towards providing the lacking skills for certain jobs
• 2.training with the aim of providing the minimum knowledge and skills (at employers' requests)
• 3.training with the goal of obtaining certain certificates or licenses, as the precondition for obtaining employment, at employer's request and in agreement with the unemployed

 Training is performed for the actual, existing (vacancy) work posts.
