The process of searching for and selecting is initiated as soon as the required candidates' profiles are established, on the basis of the data obtained from employers. In the process of searching, all the methods specified in the Manner of Operation section are used.
The basic data required to be specified by employers in their candidate profile request are as follows:
- The level of education;
- Work experience;
- Required certificates or licenses;
- Required IT knowledge and skills;
- Knowledge of foreign languages;
Additional requirements may also be included, such as:
- Own vehicle availability;
- Army service completed;
- No criminal records and no instigated inquiries.
The following important information to be stated by employers is related to job description:
- Work conditions (field or office work, possible travels, overtime work, night shifts);
- Position status (senior, subordinate);
- Regular and periodical work assignments;
- Projects the candidates are responsible for;
- Earnings, bonuses, perks, (telephone, car);
- Legal status (type of labor contract to be entered into - open-end labor contract, specified-time labor contract, probation work, temporary and occasional jobs);
- Possibilities for promotion.
Selection of candidates
- Applications are reviewed and assessed and selection is made;
- Testing of intellectual abilities;
- Psychological testing (performed by the field experts, using the tests of proven efficiency which meet the psychometric standards);
- Interviewing candidates (with gathering all relevant information on the candidates) by the Agency;
- Checking of specialist knowledge (performed by relevant field experts);
- Checking of relevant job skills (with possible checking by the employer as well);
The final selection of candidates is always according to employer's decision.
